First Time Patients

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.

To schedule an appointment, call our office during regular business hours at 714-909-0136 and we will be happy to schedule you at the first available appointment.

What To Bring To Your Appointment

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
Please complete your new patient paperwork ahead of time. You will be receiving a text or email prompting you to complete your assigned tasks in advance.
Bring a list of questions or concerns.
Bring your insurance card and driver’s license. HIPAA privacy rules require we copy your driver’s license to validate your identity.
To be prepared to pay your co-payment at the time of service.
