DaSol "Amy" Hwang, FNP-C, MSN, RN, MAT, is a compassionate and dedicated board-certified family nurse practitioner at the Centers of Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine (CRPM) in Placentia, California. Amy began her undergraduate studies at Vanguard University of Southern California in Costa Mesa, California. She then went on to earn a Master of Arts in Teaching Music from Longy School of Music of Bard College in June 2016. In May 2020, Amy earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. She then completed her family nurse practitioner certificate from California State University, Los Angeles, in May 2022. In an effort to provide the most outstanding care possible to her patients, Amy maintains affiliations with several professional organizations, including the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the Sigma Theta Tau International Society of Nursing, the Oncology Nursing Society, and the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Care Management. Throughout her career Amy has worked in a variety of healthcare practices, including urgent care, pain management, and family medicine settings.
